Reflexology in Cancer Care

World Cancer Day is 4th February, but every day we may be living with cancer, the impact of diagnosis, treatment side effects and worries about how our situation is also impacting on those we love.
I have extensive training and years of experience and of working alongside people diagnosed with cancer, those on active treatment and those post treatment.
Reflexology and additional reflexology techniques such as RLD for lymphoedema can help to address side effects of treatment. With the impact of cancer treatments contributing to sleep disturbances, fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety and skin issues, reflexology sessions can help to relax you and increase your resilience. You can switch between treatments and opt for reiki as you wish.
You may wish to inform your medical team that you have chosen reflexology as integrative support. I would be happy to speak to them to provide reassurance.
