It seems quite a sad title for this blog... I can assure you it's totally the opposite. Exciting, scary, humbling, refreshing, and a sense of relief that a little perspective changes everything. Calmness, peacefulness, relaxation. "I could do with that!", people tell me, when I say I am a yoga teacher or talk about my practise. I also sometimes get the response "Oh but I am not flexible enough to do yoga.". Posture practise, which has commonly become known as 'yoga', is only one part of it..
