World Reflexology Week 2024
This year, I'd like to build awareness of some of the different ways reflexology can be applied.
A taster day on Friday 27th September, brings you all you need to try out reflexology on the feet, hands or face. Or choose all three?
Additionally, you can choose to add crystals, hot stones (feet only) aromatherapy or reiki to your treatment.

Pre-natal Massage
During pregnancy, the body is changing daily. We are growing a baby, and this can take it's toll on the body, mind, spirit and emotions.
Integrative support during this time can allow you to feel yourself again, to take time to feel more nourished and relaxed.
Pregnancy massage is tailored to you. Preferences might be simply for a lower leg and foot massage, or for a back neck and shoulder massage.

Reiki Share
Free sessions for reiki practitioners to collaborate together and give reiki healing. Students and practitioners of all levels are invited monthly to my lodge in Allestree, Derbyshire.
Maximum of 5 people to attend. Minimum of 2. If less than 5 reiki students/ practitioners, a member of the public can volunteer to be a practise body for us, without charge.
Any member of the public can apply to be a practise body. Sessions last 15-30 minutes depending on participants and volunteers. Please contact me to register your interest.

A good foot massage is sometimes all you need to relax. If you have been on your feet all day, and worked hard all week, you might wish to have a pampering treatment that is nourishing and to your mind body and soul, to help you unwind for the weekend or prepare for the week ahead.

Dynamic yoga is a deeply sensitising practise which brings awareness to the relationship between the body parts as you move gently between postures.
