This year, I’d like to build awareness of some of the different ways reflexology can be applied.

A taster day on Friday 27th September, brings you all you need to try out reflexology on the feet, hands or face. Or choose all three?

Additionally, you can choose to add crystals, hot stones (feet only) aromatherapy or reiki to your treatment.
