I am often asked if I can treat little feet with baby reflexology. Parents who have been with me in pregnancy yoga are keen to carry on this nurtured feeling after the birth, for themselves as well as their little ones.

What is Reflexology?
You may have heard people talking about this complementary therapy, but actually are unsure what is reflexology. I will attempt to describe it for you here. Reflexology is a special kind of massage on the feet, hands or face.

Reflexology for babies
Reflexology for babies is very relaxing for your little one, and is suitable from just four weeks old. Using techniques specially adapted for little feet, this can be a great way to calm your baby through touch, especially helping little ones to come through common baby complaints such as colic, digestive problems and restless sleep. I am happy to add a small treatment on to the end of a full reflexology treatment for yourself. I am also able to apply reflexology to your baby separately.
