A good foot massage is sometimes all you need to relax. If you have been on your feet all day, and worked hard all week, you might wish to have a pampering treatment that is nourishing and to your mind body and soul, to help you unwind for the weekend or prepare for the week ahead.
Therapeutic foot massage includes massage of the lower legs, ankles, heels and feet. Aches and tension can be reduced and your feet can feel pampered as you relax in blankets with an eye pillow for an extra touch.
You may not want or need a full body massage, and this treatment is for you. A full hour of massage concentrated on your feet and lower legs.

You may have heard people talking about this complementary therapy, but actually are unsure what is reflexology. I will attempt to describe it for you here. Reflexology is a special kind of massage on the feet, hands or face.
Points and areas are pressed and gently held or 'finger-walked' to balance and soothe the body. This brings about a deep state of relaxation and encourages homoeostasis. I work with a gentle, but not light, pressure, which can also vary as I move around your feet.
