Reiki Degree Level 1
Having experienced reiki sessions with myself, you may feel that I am the right person to attune you to reiki level 1.
This level gives you attunements into the 4 reiki symbols and enables you to feel, or further enhance your existing feelings of, the universal energy that is all around us.
You will feel able to give yourself reiki healing if you have not already done so, and you will be able to use your new awareness to ground you, to calm yourself and to therefore calm situations around you if you choose to do so.
A comprehensive level 1 manual is provided for you to keep. You will learn about the history of Reiki and much more.
This manual is also your record of your reiki journey. It contains additional pages for yourself to record your 21 day healing journey, which is asked of you to complete before you give reiki to anyone else.
This will help you to reflect on this time, and will be for you to also look back on when you come to be attuned to Reiki Degree Level 2. You are required to leave at leastv12 months between level 1 and level 2, to honour your learning and be humble to giving without receiving payment.
- You will learn that everything is an exchange of energy, and that whilst giving, the universe is inviting you to receive in other ways. Cultivating a practise of gratitude can help us to receive, and to see this more clearly.
Whilst in this time of reflection and learning, you are invited to note all your feelings and emotions, even if you resist, and procrastinate or doubt. I am available on email for reassurance. Reiki shares happen monthly for practise giving and receiving.
Your training takes place over 1 day (6 hours) at my lodge. You will be provided with a light lunch. Training is for a maximum of 3 students. Contact me to book a date.
