Online Yoga classes
Sometimes, after a long day you need a good stretch out, and sometimes a morning class is more beneficial, especially if you find it difficult to move in the mornings. If you’re one of those who could benefit from an online morning yoga session to get started, these classes are for you.
Once a week, a 45 minute class to ease you into the week ahead in a good frame of mind, and still have time for a shower and a hot drink before the day.
Classes are run in 6/7 week blocks on Teams, a Microsoft app which is secure.
If you have not done yoga with me previously either in person or online, a free 15 minute online introduction will be provided on request.
Payment in advance for 6 classes is required. The sessions will not be recorded. No refunds will be provided once the course has been started.
