An opening sequence is performed followed by specifics relating to any client issues, which will have been discussed during consultation. After this, a closing sequence is performed and the therapy is complete. It will take about an hour.
This therapy can also be enhanced with the use of crystals to make it more special. In this case crystals are chosen with properties in mind for what you are experiencing at the moment. For example, feelings of overwhelm and anxiety could indicate a need for grounding and calming crystals such as Red Jasper, Smoky Quartz and Rose Quartz. You could also choose the one(s) you are drawn towards if applicable.
These will be discussed at consultation. You will be able to take one of each of your selection of crystals home with you (up to a maximum of three), in order to continue the therapeutic effects.
