Allestree is a village just north of Derby with excellent bus routes. Beautiful parkland and lake nearby, should you wish to explore when you come for your treatment. Just down the road are two small supermarkets, a newsagents, a delicatessan and take away food establishments. For public transport, catch the sixes from Derby Bus Station, or the Allestree (blue) bus for a closer drop off. Nearest bus stop is Blenheim Parade Shops
